How It Works
Wedding Decoration Rentals, Explained
What you can rent, the accessories that finish a tablescape, and how the rental process runs from first inquiry to final return.
What is included in a wedding decoration rental?
A wedding decoration rental covers the styling pieces that set the scene without anything to buy or store afterward. That means backdrops and display walls, centerpieces and candle holders, linens and napkins, pillars and plinths, signage, and accent decor. You can rent single pieces or mix categories into a full look, and everything comes back to us after your event.
Most couples start with one or two statement pieces, usually a backdrop for the ceremony or sweetheart table, then layer in tablescape decoration rentals like runners, candle holders, and bud vases. Because every item is photographed and price-listed in the collection, you can see exactly what you are renting before you book. Wedding rental supplies are billed per piece, so a small ceremony and a 200-guest reception both work from the same catalog at the scale you need.
What wedding accessories and accents can you rent?
Our wedding accessory rentals include card boxes, acrylic and arch table numbers, hanging and standing sign holders, bud vases, lanterns, taper and tealight candle holders, and paper parasols. These are the finishing details that tie a tablescape together, and they are the pieces couples most often forget to plan for until the final weeks.
Accessories are where a styled wedding separates from a plain one, and they are also the easiest pieces to rent rather than buy. A set of arch table numbers, a card box, and a few dozen candle holders get used for a single day, so renting keeps them out of your closet afterward. Mix accent rentals freely with backdrops and centerpieces to build one cohesive look across the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
How do wedding rentals work from inquiry to return?
Send your event details and we reply with an itemized quote within 24 hours. A 50% deposit reserves your date and pieces, with the balance due 14 days before the event. We deliver or you pick up, you keep everything for a 3-day rental window, and we handle cleaning after return. No washing, no storage, no resale of pieces you only need once.
The whole point of wedding rentals is to get a designer look without the cost and clutter of buying decor outright. We carry the inventory, store it between events, and clean it afterward, so you pay only for the days you use it. Delivery covers the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, and Okanagan from our Fort Langley and Kelowna locations, and pickup from either base is available if you would rather save on delivery.
Where can you rent wedding decorations in British Columbia?
Okanagan Wedding Co. rents wedding decorations across British Columbia from two bases, Fort Langley in the Lower Mainland and Kelowna in the Okanagan. We cover Metro Vancouver, the full Fraser Valley, and the Okanagan Valley, with backdrops, centerpieces, linens, plinths, signage, and accessories delivered to your venue or available for pickup.
British Columbia weddings span coastal gardens, Fraser Valley barns, and Okanagan vineyards, and our collection is built to suit all of them. From our Fort Langley base we reach Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, Richmond, Coquitlam, the North Shore, and the rest of the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. From our Kelowna base we cover Kelowna, West Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton, and the wider Okanagan. Wherever your venue sits in BC, you rent the same photographed, price-listed decor, choose delivery or pickup, and return everything after a three-day window with no cleaning or storage on your end.

Backdrops and display walls, centerpieces, candles, pillars and plinths, linens and napkins, tables, holiday and seasonal decor, and a wide range of accessories. Our full catalog is photographed and price-listed in the collection.
We recommend booking as early as possible — popular pieces book up months ahead during peak wedding season (May to October). A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date and pieces. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before your event.
Setup and teardown can be added to your delivery on request. Our team is familiar with venues across BC and coordinates timing directly with each location. Tell us what you need on your inquiry form and we'll include it in your quote.
3 calendar days — pickup or delivery the day before your event, return or pickup the day after. This gives you setup time without rushing. Longer rental periods can be arranged for an additional daily fee.
Credit card and Interac e-Transfer. A credit card on file is required for the duration of the rental as security against missing or damaged items.
Both. Every piece in the collection can be rented on its own, and you can also combine categories into a full setup. There is no minimum package, so a small ceremony renting a single backdrop is just as welcome as a full reception. Wedding decoration rentals are priced per item so you only pay for what you actually use.
Yes. Many of our couples are styling intimate weddings, elopements, or DIY celebrations and rent supplies a few pieces at a time. Renting wedding supplies instead of buying keeps costs down and means nothing ends up in a closet after the day. Browse the collection, add what you need to a quote, and we confirm availability within 24 hours.
