What types of linens are available for rent?
We carry Light Green/Sage Cotton Napkins ($1 each), Natural/Cream Cotton Napkins ($2 each), and Elegant Brown Velvet Table Runners ($8 each, 10 feet long). All three are our most popular linen items and coordinate beautifully together.
Our linen collection focuses on three versatile, high-quality pieces that serve as the foundation of any well-styled tablescape.
The Light Green/Sage Cotton Napkins are our bestselling linen item. The muted sage tone complements BC's natural greenery and pairs with virtually every colour palette from blush to burgundy to terracotta. At 20 by 20 inches, they are generously sized for elegant folds.
The Natural/Cream Cotton Napkins offer a timeless, neutral option that works with every wedding style. The warm cream tone photographs beautifully and provides a classic base for any table setting.
The Elegant Brown Velvet Table Runner adds warmth, texture, and richness to banquet tables. At 10 feet long and 14 inches wide, it drapes generously over standard 6 to 8 foot tables with elegant overhang. The velvet sheen catches candlelight beautifully.
How much does linen rental cost?
Sage cotton napkins are $1 each and cream cotton napkins are $2 each. Velvet table runners are $8 each. A 100-guest wedding with sage napkins and velvet runners on every table typically costs $100 to $200 in linens - a fraction of purchasing custom napkins or tablecloths.
Our linen pricing makes it easy to style every place setting without straining the budget. At $1 per napkin, a 100-guest wedding costs $100 for napkins (order 110 to have extras for head table styling).
Velvet table runners at $8 each cover round table centers or long banquet table surfaces beautifully. For a 12-table reception, that is $96 in runners. Combined with napkins, your total linen rental for a 100-guest wedding is approximately $200.
Compare that to purchasing custom-printed napkins ($3 to $5 each = $300 to $500), which you then need to launder and find a use for after the wedding. Rental eliminates waste, storage, and post-wedding disposal.
How does the rental process work?
Order napkins by guest count plus 10% extra, choose your runner quantity, and we deliver everything clean and pressed. After the event, gather linens loosely - no washing or folding required. We handle all laundering between rentals.
Linen rental is designed to be completely hassle-free. All linens arrive professionally cleaned, pressed, and packed in labelled bags. Napkins are folded and ready to style. Runners are rolled to prevent creasing.
After your event, simply gather all linens loosely into the provided return bags. There is no need to wash, fold, iron, or sort anything. We handle all laundering and preparation for the next rental.
For napkins, we recommend ordering one per guest plus 10% extra for head table styling, dessert table accents, buffet stations, and any emergencies. The cost of a few extra napkins at $1 each is well worth the peace of mind.
Which areas do you deliver linens to?
We deliver linens across BC to all our service areas. Linens are lightweight and compact, making them ideal for adding to any existing rental order at no additional delivery cost.
Linens are the most space-efficient items in our collection. Even 200 napkins and 20 runners pack into a single bag, so they add essentially zero weight or bulk to any delivery.
This makes adding linens to an existing rental order extremely cost-effective. If you are already renting candle holders, backdrops, or plinths, adding napkins and runners to the same delivery costs nothing extra in delivery fees.
Pickup from our Fort Langley location is free, and linens are the easiest items to self-transport. They fit in any vehicle with zero risk of damage.
