What areas does Okanagan Wedding Co. serve?
We deliver throughout Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and the Okanagan region. Our primary delivery zones include Vancouver, Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Kelowna, and Whistler.
How far in advance should I book my wedding decor rentals?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 months ahead for peak wedding season (May–September). For off-peak dates, 4–6 weeks notice is typically sufficient.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! We provide delivery, setup, and teardown services across all our service areas. Delivery fees vary based on location, order size, and event details - contact us for a custom quote.
What is the rental deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. All deposits and prior payments are non-refundable. All orders are subject to a 10% cleaning fee.
Can I see the items in person before booking?
Yes, you're welcome to visit our Fort Langley or Kelowna location by appointment to see the specific item(s) you're interested in. Contact us to schedule a time that works for you.
Do you rent to corporate and non-wedding events?
Absolutely. Our collection is popular for corporate events, brand activations, holiday parties, baby showers, and milestone celebrations.
