Every delivery includes drop-off and post-event pickup. Each order comes with detailed styling guides with photos for every item, so your coordinator, venue staff, or bridal party can arrange everything with confidence.

After the event, simply gather all rental items in one area. Our team handles the rest. No deep cleaning required.

When Will My Items Be Delivered?

We schedule delivery based on your venue’s access windows:

  • Day-before delivery - ideal for early setup needs
  • Morning-of delivery - typically 4 to 6 hours before the event
  • Multi-day rental - perfect for weekend celebrations

When will my items be delivered?

Delivery is typically scheduled for the day before or the morning of your event, depending on venue access and your preference. We coordinate timing directly with your venue.

What if my venue has specific delivery requirements?

Many venues have loading dock schedules, elevator restrictions, or specific access hours. Let us know your venue details when booking and we will coordinate accordingly.

Can I pick up items to avoid the delivery fee?

Yes. Pickup is available from our Fort Langley location at 21871 100 Avenue in the Township of Langley. You will need to transport items safely in your own vehicle.

How does post-event pickup work?

We collect all items at the agreed time after your event, typically the morning after or the next business day. Simply gather all rental items in one area and our team will handle the rest.

What if my venue is outside your listed delivery zones?

Contact us with your venue address and we will provide a custom delivery quote. We are often able to accommodate locations outside our standard zones.

Can you deliver to multiple venues for one event?

Yes. For events split across locations, we can arrange multi-stop delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply. Include both venue addresses in your quote request.
