How quickly will I receive a quote?
We typically respond with a detailed, itemized quote within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry. During peak season (May through September), it may take up to 48 hours.
What information should I include in my inquiry?
The more detail the better. Your event date, venue name and location, estimated guest count, and the items or look you are going for all help us prepare an accurate quote. Photos of your inspiration or Pinterest boards are also welcome.
Can I see items in person before booking?
Yes - you're welcome to visit our Fort Langley property by appointment to see the specific items you're interested in. Contact us to schedule a time that works for you.
Do you offer phone or video consultations?
Yes. If you cannot visit in person, we are happy to walk you through our collection via phone or video call. We can show you items up close and discuss styling ideas for your specific venue.
