Our accessories collection spans table numbers and signage, card boxes, sign stands, umbrellas and parasols, seat cushions, decorative pillows, lanterns, bar equipment, a projector bundle, and decorative accents. Over 20 distinct items cover every finishing detail of your event.

For table styling, we carry Golden Acrylic Arch Table Numbers in sets of 1-10, 11-20, and 21-30 ($10 per set), plus gold acrylic signage for Guestbook ($10), Dessert Bar ($10), and Cards & Gifts stations ($10 each). White and black hanging sign stands ($20 each) display welcome signs, seating charts, and menus.

Card boxes come in three styles: Wooden Boho ($15), Clear Acrylic ($15), and Rustic Wooden Card Holder ($1). Each offers a different aesthetic while keeping cards secure.

For outdoor events, our Stylish 7-foot Ivory Fringe Umbrellas ($40 each) provide shade with bohemian flair, and White Paper Parasols ($5 each) add whimsical ceremony charm.

Seat cushions in white/cream and green/sage ($10 each), decorative flower pillows ($20 per set of 2), and White Boho and Floral Lanterns ($8 each) round out the collection. The Projector and 120-inch Screen Bundle ($200) handles reception slideshows and presentations.

How much do accessories cost to rent?

Accessories range from $3 for decorative accents to $200 for the projector bundle. Table numbers are $10 per set of 10. Card boxes are $10 to $15. Fringe umbrellas are $40 each. Most couples spend $50 to $200 on accessories to complete their decor.

Accessories are designed to be affordable finishing touches. A typical accessory package might include one set of table numbers ($10), one card box ($15), one sign stand ($20), and three acrylic station signs ($30), totalling $69 for all the functional signage and collection points.

For outdoor ceremonies, adding four fringe umbrellas ($160) and a box of paper parasols ($5) creates shade and visual impact. Lanterns along the ceremony aisle at $12 to $14 each provide ambient lighting as the sun sets.

Seat cushions at $10 each can transform basic venue chairs. For a ceremony with 100 chairs, that is $1,000 - but many couples choose to cushion just the first few rows or the head table for more selective impact.

The projector and screen bundle at $200 is a cost-effective alternative to hiring a separate AV vendor. It includes everything needed for reception slideshows and videos.

How does the rental process work?

Accessories are added to your rental order alongside larger items like backdrops, linens, and centerpieces. They travel in the same delivery for no additional delivery cost. A 50% deposit secures your complete order.

Accessories follow the same streamlined rental process as all our items. Include them in your quote request, and we will add them to your itemized proposal.

Because accessories are compact items, they add minimal bulk to any delivery. Adding table numbers, a card box, signage, and lanterns to an existing order adds zero delivery cost - they simply travel alongside your larger pieces.

We provide placement guides and styling photos for each accessory so your coordinator knows exactly where and how to position everything.

Which areas do you deliver accessories to?

Accessories are available across all BC service areas. They are included in your regular delivery trip with no separate charge when combined with other rental items.

All accessories are available for delivery to our full service area. They pack efficiently alongside your other rental items, so combined delivery is always the most cost-effective approach.

For standalone accessory orders (just table numbers and a card box, for example), standard zone-based delivery fees apply. Pickup from our Fort Langley location at 21871 100 Avenue is free.

The projector and screen bundle is the largest accessory item. It travels safely in our delivery vehicle and our team will set up the screen at your venue.
