How does the rental process work?
Seasonal items are ordered alongside your other rental pieces or as standalone rentals. We deliver everything to your venue and pick up after the event. The same 50% deposit and booking process applies.

Seasonal items are delivered across all our BC service areas alongside your other rental pieces. Delivery fees vary by location - contact us for a quote.
All seasonal items are available for delivery to our full service area including Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, the Okanagan, and Whistler. They travel alongside your other rental items in a single delivery trip.
For standalone seasonal rentals (for example, just the neon sign for a baby shower), the same delivery fees apply. Pickup from our Fort Langley location is always available at no charge.
