The Luxe Cordless LED Table Lamp provides the same warm ambiance as candlelight without open flames - perfect for tented events and venues with fire restrictions.
Glass candle shades add a refined, elevated look while protecting flames from drafts at outdoor events. Our bud vases come in green, blue, and pink, each in boxes of 12, making it easy to scatter single stems across tables. Rectangular acrylic centerpiece vases in large and medium sizes provide a modern, clean base for substantial floral arrangements.
How much does centerpiece rental cost?
Individual candle holders and taper holders start at $1. LED lamps are $5. Pillar holders and coloured glass candle holders range from $1.50 to $2. Bud vase sets (12 per box) are $5. Acrylic vases are $10 to $15. A typical 100-guest wedding might spend $150 to $400 on tabletop rentals.
Our centerpiece pricing makes it affordable to style every table beautifully. At $1 to $2 per piece for individual candle holders, you can populate a 100-guest wedding (12 to 15 tables) with 3 to 5 holders per table for about $50 to $150 in candle holders alone.
Add LED lamps at $5 each, bud vases at $5 per box of 12, and a velvet table runner at $8 each, and you can create a stunning, layered tablescape for each table without breaking the budget.
Our taper holder sets (3 pieces at $8 per set) provide the most impact per dollar for creating height and drama on tables. Paired with glass candle shades at $2 each, they create an elegant, wind-protected candlelight display perfect for outdoor BC weddings.
How does the rental process work?
Tell us your event date, guest count, and table configuration. We will suggest quantities and create an itemized quote. A 50% deposit confirms your booking. We deliver everything cleaned and ready to style, and pick up after the event.
Centerpiece rentals are especially easy because we can help you calculate exactly what you need. Share your event date, guest count, number of tables, and a general sense of your colour palette, and we will put together a recommended package with quantities and pricing.
All items arrive cleaned, polished, and packed for safe transport. After your event, simply gather the items loosely - no need to clean, polish, or individually wrap anything. We handle all cleaning and maintenance between rentals.
Candles are not included with candle holders, as most couples prefer to choose their own candle colour, height, and scent. Standard taper candles, tealights, and pillar candles are widely available at craft and home goods stores.
Which areas do you deliver centerpieces to?
We deliver tabletop rentals across BC, from Metro Vancouver to the Okanagan. For large centerpiece orders, delivery is especially cost-effective since the per-item delivery cost decreases with order size.
Our centerpiece delivery coverage is the same as our full collection: Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and the Okanagan. Delivery fees are based on your venue location, not the number of items, so larger orders actually benefit from lower per-item delivery costs.

Pickup from our Fort Langley location is available for those who prefer to transport items themselves. We pack everything carefully in reusable crates for safe transport.
