What types of tables are available for rent?
We carry 6-foot white foldable tables ($20 each) in commercial-grade construction. They measure 72 inches long by 30 inches wide by 29 inches tall. We have 8 available, covering most event needs for supplementary table surfaces.

How much does table rental cost?
Tables rent for $20 each per event day. With 8 available, you can furnish multiple stations for just $160. Combined with velvet runners at $8 each, a fully styled table costs only $28.
At $20 per table, our pricing is competitive with other Fraser Valley rental companies while offering the convenience of combined delivery with your decor items. Renting a table plus a velvet runner from us costs $28 - less than renting a table alone from many dedicated furniture rental companies.
For a typical wedding needing 3 to 4 supplementary tables (dessert, gifts, welcome, DJ), the total table rental is $60 to $80. Add runners and styling, and your total functional table investment is under $120.
How does the rental process work?
Include tables in your rental order, and they arrive set up and ready to use. After the event, simply fold them and we pick them up with the rest of your rental items.
Tables are delivered alongside your other rental items. Our delivery team sets them up at your venue in your preferred positions. After the event, simply fold them and our pickup team collects them along with all other rental items.
For self-pickup from our Fort Langley location, tables fold flat and fit in most SUVs, trucks, and minivans. Two tables stack cleanly and weigh approximately 35 pounds each.
Which areas do you deliver tables to?
Tables are delivered across all our service areas in BC. They are included in your regular delivery trip with no separate delivery charge when ordered alongside other items.
Our tables are available for delivery to all service areas including Vancouver, Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Kelowna, and Whistler. They travel in our delivery vehicle alongside your decor items.
Because tables are a supplementary item, they add minimal delivery logistics. Most couples rent 2 to 4 tables alongside their main decor order, and they fit efficiently with the rest of the delivery.
