What types of plinths and pillars are available for rent?
We carry four distinct pieces: the 42-inch, 36-inch, and 30-inch Elegant White Wooden Display Plinths ($50, $40, and $30 respectively), and the ornate Elegant White Display Pillar at 40 inches ($25). All feature clean white finishes suitable for any wedding style.
Our plinth collection is designed to create visual height and graduated layers that elevate any wedding setup. The three-height system (30-inch, 36-inch, and 42-inch) allows you to build dynamic arrangements that draw the eye upward and create depth.
Each plinth features a 12-inch by 12-inch top surface, providing ample room for floral arrangements, cake displays, welcome signage, or ceremonial objects. The clean white finish works with every wedding style from rustic farm chic to modern minimalist.
The Elegant White Display Pillar offers a more traditional, classical aesthetic with decorative carved detailing. At 40 inches tall with a slightly larger 14-inch by 14-inch surface, it adds architectural elegance that suits heritage venues and formal celebrations.
How much does plinth and pillar rental cost?
Plinths range from $30 to $50 per piece depending on height. The ornate pillar is $45. We carry 4 of each plinth size and 2 pillars, so sets of matched or graduated heights are available for ceremonies and large installations.
Our plinth pricing makes it affordable to create graduated height displays. A popular ceremony setup using two tall (42-inch) plinths flanking the arch at $50 each, plus two medium (36-inch) plinths along the aisle at $40 each, comes to $180 - far less than commissioning custom pedestals.
For reception use, a single plinth as a cake stand or guest book pedestal starts at just $30. A three-piece graduated set (one of each height) creates a stunning display for $120.
All prices are per event day. Delivery fees are based on venue location, not item count, so adding plinths to an existing order is very cost-effective.
How does the rental process work?
Select your plinth heights and quantities, request a quote, and confirm with a 50% deposit. We deliver ready-to-place pieces to your venue and pick up after the event. No assembly required.
Plinths are some of our easiest items to rent. They arrive fully assembled and ready to position. Simply place them where you want them - no tools, no assembly, no complicated setup.
We provide styling guides with photos showing popular arrangements and configurations. Your wedding coordinator, venue staff, or bridal party can position plinths in minutes.
After the event, we pick everything up. The plinths are solid and durable, so normal event use will not cause any issues. If you have questions about weight limits for specific display items, contact us and we will advise.

Our plinths and pillars are available for delivery to all of our service areas across British Columbia. Because they are solid, stackable pieces, they transport efficiently alongside other rental items.
Adding plinths to an existing rental order is the most cost-effective approach since delivery fees are per trip, not per item. A pair of ceremony plinths added to a tablescape order adds $60 to $100 in rental cost with zero additional delivery charge.
Pickup from our Fort Langley location is free. Plinths fit easily in an SUV or minivan for self-transport.
