How our wedding and event decor rental services work, from picking categories to booking and delivery.

We rent backdrops and display walls, centerpieces and table decor, pillars and plinths, linens and napkins, tables, holiday and seasonal decor, accessories and accents, and audio visual gear. Every category can be booked on its own or combined into a full setup for your event.

You can rent from a single category or mix across all of them. There is no minimum package. Many couples start with a backdrop and a tablescape, then add accessories and signage as their plan comes together.

Yes. We deliver across the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, and Okanagan from our Fort Langley and Kelowna locations. Pickup from either base is also available and saves on delivery costs. Contact us with your venue for a personalized quote.

Browse the category you need, request a quote with your event date and venue, and we respond within 24 hours with an itemized estimate. A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date and pieces, with the balance due 14 days before the event.

Three calendar days: delivery or pickup the day before your event and return the day after. This gives you setup time without rushing. Longer rental windows can be arranged for an additional daily fee.
