What is a flower bar?
A flower bar is a build-your-own bouquet station for events. We deliver a styled cart of fresh, pre-conditioned stems with a wrap station, and guests choose their favourites and tie off a hand-wrapped posy to take home. It works as a guest activity, a favour, and a photo moment all at once.
A flower bar turns flowers into something your guests do, not just something they look at. We set up a styled cart filled with buckets of fresh, conditioned stems, along with snips, kraft paper, and twine at a wrap station. Throughout the event, guests build and wrap their own hand-tied posy to carry home.
It is a favourite at weddings, bridal and baby showers, milestone birthdays, corporate mixers, and garden parties. The bar doubles as decor during the event, an interactive moment for guests, and a living favour they leave with, so it earns its place several times over.
We handle the sourcing, conditioning, styling, delivery, and pickup. You choose the setup and the guest count, and we bring the rest.
What is the difference between Bloom and Blossom?
Bloom is the flower cart and fringe umbrella with snips, kraft wrap, and signage, so guests build and wrap their own posy. Blossom adds a styled wrap-station table with a ribbon bar, kraft paper, an acrylic flower-bar sign, and accent florals for a fuller, more photogenic moment. Fresh flowers are added per guest on either setup.
Both setups are the same core idea: a styled bar of fresh stems your guests turn into bouquets. The difference is how much of a moment it becomes.
Bloom is the flower cart and fringe market umbrella with everything guests need to build a posy: snips, kraft wrap, twine, and a "Bloom Bar" sign. It is clean, self-contained, and looks beautiful on a lawn or beside a reception entrance.
Blossom builds on that with a styled wrap-station table and linen, a ribbon bar, an acrylic flower-bar sign, and accent florals framing the display. It reads as a designed feature rather than a stand, which photographs especially well and anchors a corner of the venue.
Fresh flowers are an optional per-guest add-on on top of either setup, so you can rent just the styled bar or have us stock it with a full, generous selection of stems.
How much does a flower bar cost?
The Bloom setup starts at $85 and Blossom at $145 for the styled bar itself. Fresh flowers are an optional add-on at $15 per guest, from a minimum of 20 guests. Delivery is quoted separately or you can pick it up yourself, and final floral pricing is confirmed on your quote.
Pricing has two parts. First, the bar setup: Bloom is $85 and Blossom is $145. That covers the styled cart, umbrella, wrap station, and signage as a rental.
Second, fresh flowers. These are optional and priced at $15 per guest, starting at a 20-guest minimum so we can source a full, generous selection of stems. You can also rent just the bar and supply your own flowers.
Use the live builder to set your guest count and see an instant estimate. Because flowers are sourced fresh per event, the final floral total is confirmed on your itemized quote. Delivery is quoted separately based on your venue, or pick the bar up and return it yourself from Fort Langley or Kelowna to skip the delivery fee.
How does booking a flower bar work?
Build your setup, request a quote, and confirm with a 50% deposit. Because flowers are sourced fresh for your date, we ask for at least 14 days' notice. Choose delivery — we drop off, style, and pick up — or pick it up and return it yourself from Fort Langley or Kelowna. The bar is a rental; the flowers are yours to keep.
Start in the live builder: choose Bloom or Blossom, decide whether to add fresh flowers, and set your guest count. Add it to your quote and we respond within 24 hours with an itemized estimate including delivery.
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date, with the balance due 14 days before the event. Because fresh flowers are ordered specially for your date, we ask for at least 14 days' notice, and earlier for peak-season weekends from May through September.
You have two ways to get the bar to your event. With delivery, we drop off, style, and stock the bar, then return to collect it afterward. Or pick it up and return it yourself from our Fort Langley or Kelowna location to save on the delivery fee. Either way, the cart, umbrella, and styling pieces are a rental we collect; the fresh flowers your guests wrap are theirs to take home.
