Plans live in RSVP’d, our wedding planning app: the guest list and RSVPs, the budget, vendors, the timeline and day-of tools in one place. Couples, family and the coordinator work from the same schedule, so a change made in March is the one the vendors follow in August.

What does a day-of coordinator do?
A day-of coordinator takes over the logistics in the final weeks before the wedding and runs the day itself: confirming every vendor's arrival time, building the run sheet, directing setup, cueing the ceremony and reception moments, and making sure teardown happens on the venue's schedule.
Despite the name, most of the work starts a few weeks out. We collect your vendor contracts and timings, walk through the venue plan with you, and turn it into one schedule that every vendor receives. On the day, your coordinator is the person the vendors and the venue call, so you and your family are not.
What planning support do you offer?
Planning support covers the decisions before the day: choosing vendors, building a realistic timeline, planning the decor from our collection and keeping the budget on track. You decide how much help you want, from a few planning sessions to support through the whole engagement.
Couples often come to us with a venue booked and everything else open. We help put the rest in order: which vendors to book first, how long each part of the day takes, and what the room needs to look like. Because we rent the decor ourselves, the decor plan and the rental quote come out of the same conversation.
Do you coordinate multi-day and cultural weddings?
Yes. Many weddings in the Lower Mainland and the Okanagan run over several days, with a mehndi, sangeet, jaggo or a separate reception alongside the ceremony. We plan the timing, setup and decor for each event and coordinate the days you need us on site.
Multi-day weddings need the most coordination, because decor, vendors and family move between homes, halls and venues over several days. One team handling the decor and the schedule means the pieces for each event arrive, get set up and come back on time.
How much does a wedding planner or day-of coordinator cost?
We quote each wedding on its own, based on the date, the venue, the guest count and how much planning help you want. Day-of coordination costs less than ongoing planning support, and booking coordination with your decor and setup reduces the number of vendors you manage.
