We rent the pieces that make a room or a patio look set, each priced on its own with no minimum order, so you can rent a single sign stand or a full outdoor party setup.

Summer events here are mostly outdoors, on patios, docks, vineyards and backyards, so umbrellas and parasols are among the first pieces booked. Evening parties lean on candlelight: candle shades keep flames steady in the wind off the lake, and cordless lamps light tables where there is no outlet.
How does pickup in Kelowna work?
Pick up from our Kelowna location at 437 Vision Court the day before your event and return the day after, for a three-day rental. Pickup and returns are by appointment between 10am and 4pm, seven days a week. There is no minimum order.
Add pieces to a quote online and the total shows as you go. A 50% deposit reserves your date and pieces, and the balance is due 14 days before the event. We clean every piece when it comes back, so there is nothing to wash and nothing to store.
Do you deliver and set up in the Okanagan?
Yes. We deliver across Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland, Vernon and Penticton, quoted per order for your address. Setup and teardown can be added to any delivery order, so the room is ready before your guests arrive.
When you ask for a quote, tell us about access: stairs, a long carry from parking, or a venue that only opens to vendors shortly before the event. Delivery and setup are quoted for your venue, so you know the full cost before you book.
