We will respond with a detailed, itemized quote that includes each item, per-unit pricing, quantities, and a delivery fee specific to your Kelowna venue. Review the quote and let us know if you want to adjust anything - we revise quickly.

To confirm your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. We accept credit card and Interac e-Transfer. Once the deposit clears, your date is confirmed and your items are reserved. This is especially important for Kelowna summer weddings, as June through September is our busiest season and popular items book up months in advance.

The final 50% balance is due at least 14 days before your event date. After that, we prepare your items - cleaning, inspecting, packing - and arrange the delivery logistics.
