How our build-your-own bouquet bar works for weddings and events.
We deliver and style a flower bar stocked with fresh, pre-conditioned stems. Guests choose their favourites, wrap a hand-tied posy at the wrap station, and take it home as a living favour. We pick up the stand after your event.
Bloom is the flower cart and fringe umbrella with snips, kraft wrap, and signage, so guests build and wrap their own posy. Blossom adds a styled wrap-station table with a ribbon bar, kraft paper, an acrylic flower-bar sign, and accent florals for a fuller, more photogenic moment. Fresh flowers are added per guest on top of either setup.
Each setup has a base rate for the bar itself, then fresh flowers are added at $15 per guest. Use the slider to set your guest count and see a live estimate. Delivery is quoted separately (or pick it up and return it yourself from Fort Langley or Kelowna), and because flowers are sourced fresh per event, final floral pricing is confirmed on your quote.
The flower bar starts at 20 guests so we can source a full, generous selection of stems. There is no upper limit — set your exact count with the slider or type it in.
Fresh flowers are ordered specially for your date, so we ask for at least 14 days' notice. For peak season weekends (May through September) we recommend booking earlier to lock in your date.
